CN discussion
Dob20" Post-AGB star, K7II/III Pre-planetary nebula (PPN), pretty small (15" + visibly elongated when compared to stars). Indetail, consists of 2 knots roughly 5" apart + dust lane 1" wide. No positive response to OIII/Hβ filtering, optical spectrum similar to K/M star, polarized light (scattering).
Interesting but complex physics, water ice condensed on grains explain IRAS IR spectrum.

Dob20" Weak nebula in Hyades inside Lynds 1551/1549 and a famous location of low-mass star formation, located only 2.5° from T Tauri + Hind's Variable Nebula, close to XZ and HL Tau (T Tau type). S239 was a suspected Herbig-Haro object (Strom et al 1974: HH102) but is is NOT, rather it's an amourphous reflection nebula illuminated by L1551 IRS5, many HH objects (e.g. HH28/29/30) are nearby
